1. Discovery Call

To begin, feel free to contact us to book your initial consultation or arrange a free 15-minute discovery call. This call is an opportunity to discuss your goals and determine whether exercise physiology is the right fit for you. Once your home visit or telehealth appointment is confirmed, you will receive a patient information sheet to complete and the necessary details for your appointment.

2. Initial Consultation

Your initial consultation will run for approximately 60 minutes. During this session, we will take a thorough history, including your medical background, current symptoms, previous treatments, current and past lifestyle and personal goals. We may also carry out a series of gentle physical assessments and begin to explore a suitable plan moving forward.

3. Treatment Plan

Following your initial assessment, we will create a personalised treatment, movement or exercise plan tailored to your specific needs and goals. We will explore and refine this plan together during your follow-up appointments, each of which will run for 30 minutes. The plan will continue to evolve over time, with each session building on your progress from the last.

4. Ongoing Sessions

Initially, more frequent sessions may be required to support your progress and confidence. As you become more comfortable and independent with your movement routine, sessions can be spaced out according to your needs.
We will always work at a pace that feels right for you. Your confidence and comfort will guide the speed at which we progress, ensuring that each step feels manageable and supportive.
